Knowing, Growing In, And Sharing Jesus Christ In the Power of The Holy Spirit

Because ours is the only English speaking church on the island, our members and friends represent
a variety of denominational traditions. We value this diversity greatly. We seek to be generous in
our Christian orthodoxy and inclusivity and value the richness of our diversity, while at the same
time remaining faithful to the church’s heritage and place within the Anglican communion.

We are an active and alive church with a mixed congregation of all ages and backgrounds.
Many of us are permanent and part-time island residents. Others are annual visitors to
St. Barthelemy. Our numbers are greater in the high season, sometimes reaching several hundred.
In the summer months, our community life is quieter.
We take delight in welcoming guests and newcomers.

 Our dream is:
To enable anybody and everybody, who wishes, to experience the love of the Divine, the reality of
Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit in their daily lives. To act as a bridge for anybody seeking
a spiritual journey and to communicate the love and welcome of Jesus, The Christ, to all people,
respecting the richness of our human diversity.
